Return & Refund Policy
Refer to each product category for warranty information. Should any product be deemed defective, we will repair or replace the product at no charge to the customer.
In the event you wish to return your product, please contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RMA). A prepaid return label will be provided for domestic returns. International return shipping charges are the responsibility of the shipper. Products must be in original condition to be eligible for return; no credit will be issued on used, installed, damaged or incomplete returns. Customized or modified, obsolete or discontinued products will not be accepted for credit. Unless defective, a re-stocking fee of 15% may be charged for returned products. The initial shipping cost for any non-defective products are the responsibility of the customer. Returns are accepted within 35 days from the shipping date on the Packing List or Commercial Invoice.
Note: California Series Dental Chairs have a non-cancellation policy upon receipt of order confirmation and payment.
