Cancel or Return & Refund Policy
Refer to each product category for warranty information. Should any product be deemed defective, we will repair or replace the product at no charge to the customer.
In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the product, a canceled order is subject to 15% re-stocking fee.
In the event you wish to return your product, please contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RMA) or see below return instructions.
A prepaid return label for returns less than 40 lbs will be provided for domestic returns. International return shipping charges are the responsibility of the shipper. Products must be in original condition to be eligible for return; no refund will be issued for used, installed, damaged or incomplete returns. Customized, modified, made-to-order (including cut-to-order tubing), obsolete or discontinued products are not returnable. Unless defective, a re-stocking fee of 15% may be charged for returned products. The initial shipping cost for any non-defective products are the responsibility of the buyer. Returns are accepted within 35 days from the shipping date on the Packing List or Commercial Invoice.
Note: California Series Dental Chairs have a non-cancellation policy upon receipt of order confirmation and payment.
Instructions for requesting a return:
1. Click here to submit a return request
2. Sign in to your account.
3. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
4. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
5. Go back to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.
6. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
8. Click "Request return".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund for the cost of the item(s).
